I drive a delivery van for work. Do I need to tell my own insurer if I have an accident driving a works vehicle?

Yes, you do - though it does get into murky waters. Some insurers may advise you do not, with others advising you do and may repudiate a claim if you fail to disclose. Contact your insurer either in writing or record the call and ask the question.
