Why can't people learn to be more patient of tractors on the roads?

RC is wrong (‘Dreaded Wheat’ 7-11-12). Tractors are regulated. The law is a tractor showing a nil tax disc may be used on the public road for agricultural use with no limit to the distance. Transgressors are a minority. In Cornwall I find most pull into a layby to allow a queue to pass. A huge percentage of accidents with such are caused by the impatience of car users. Have consideration for those who don't have the skills or the opportunity to work in a highly paid, clean, safe, job, and if you can't, don't live in rural areas. Move to a city and see how you like it there.

Many thanks. I fear that RC is also one of the brethren that would like to see HGVs removed from our roads, and starve as a consequence.
