I bought a refrigerated van but it is faulty - what can I do?

I recently bought a refrigerated van and there have been problems with it since I’ve had it. I’ve had to pay for more gas to be put in for the fridges. The company said they would reimburse me for the cost but and now I’ve paid it, they won’t answer my calls. And there are still problems with it. What do I do?

If you bought the van from a dealer less than six months ago, they can be held liable for any fault that develops with the vehicle - this is because the fault must have been present or developing at the time of sale. I'd recommend visiting the dealer in person to outline your unhappiness at the problems you've had. If they refuse to fix the van, get some legal advice and reject it.
