Given that your camper is a conversion of a commercial vehicle, it will have the same speed limits as the panel van version of the Fiat Ducato unless it has been re-registered via the DVLA as a ‘motor caravan’ and has a maximum unladen weight of 3.05 tonnes or less.

If hasn't been re-registered - it'll say for certain on the V5C (logbook) - or has a higher unladen weight of 3.05 tonnes then the standard van speed limit will remain. This means 50mph on single and 60mph on duel carriageways.
