Which useful, large vehicle?
I have a 2002 Rav4 and move around a lot. The last time I moved it took me 3 trips there and back. 1st trip was rear seats removed, boot packed to just above window level (for rear view) plus 420l Halfords roof box, 2nd trip was the same, but the front seat was free and the 3rd trip was rear seats folded down, boot half full and roof box empty.
Any advice on changing the Rav4 for a large estate, car derived van or 4x4 which would allow me to do the trip (from Holland to the Czech Republic) in one trip rather than three, or should I go for a Transit or similar. All rear seats could be removed and stored, so an MPV or large estate would be fine. I like 4WD due to living in cold, icy countries.
My budget is the Rav4 plus £3K or around £5K.
If a grown up's van, I'd probably keep the Rav4 and spend up to £3K on a used van.

You're looking at a Berlingo or a Doblo, van or MPV, not 'car derived vans' so the van versions are subject to van speed limits. Otherwise, Transit or Trafic.
