Er, no. A fuse blows because of a fault. It does not cause the fault. So there is a fault somewhere in your locking system, probably a sticking lock servo that then overloads the wiring and blows the fuse. A DIY fix is to pop out the access plugs under the locks in the door frame and squirt the lock servos with WD40 using the extension nozzle.
