What should I pay for a 52-plate Volkswagen T4 van?

I might have the chance of a Volkswagen T4 2.5TDI, 888 X-Pack, plus Volkswagen-fitted air conditioning. One owner from new, 79,000 miles, 52 plate, an immaculate van. It's from a main Volkswagen dealer. What would be a reasonable price range? Seems like T4's are really popular at the moment.

Sorry, I don't keep tabs on vans and don't have any price information. This will have the old belt cam Audi five-cylinder engine that is notoriously difficult to time when the belt is replaced. The same belt drives the camshaft and the injection pump.
