Is it a good idea to buy car with a turbo engine?

The big benefit is more power and more efficiency from a smaller engine. The side benefit is that petrol turbos are water cooled by the engine coolant and since the turbo is in the hottest part of the engine (the exhaust manifold), the heat from the turbo heats the engine up faster.
