New Volkswagen Caddy MPVs on sale now

Volkswagen has opened order books for the new Caddy Life, Maxi Life and Maxi Window van (shown below). Prices start at £15,600 excluding VAT for the smallest Caddy Life.
First deliveries will be in September for the fourth generation Caddy, with each version featuring 2.0-litre Euro 6 compliant diesel engines, with either 102PS or 150PS. Fuel efficiency is rated at 65.7mpg average and 114g/km CO2 for the 102PS model, regardless of body style.
These MPV versions of the Caddy panel van come with the same raft of technology, taken from Volkswagen’s passenger cars, including DAB, Bluetooth, a heated front screen and post-collision braking. Park Assist is optional as is Adaptive Cruise Control.
The Caddy Life, which seats up to seven, is the definition of an multi-purpose vehicle, with two rear seat rows that can either be folded flat or removed entirely, liberating a 3030-litre boot space. The Maxi Life offers even more, with its longer body providing a further 340 litres of cargo space.
