Will my car fail the MoT is I refuse to have the brake fluid changed?

Will my car fail the MoT if I do not have the brake fluid changed, which the garage is requesting?

Only if the brake fluid is visibly contaminated. In this case, the car will achieve a Major defect and fail the MoT.
