Gas trick influencer
Many adverts for LPG converted Range Rovers claim that vehicles so converted, will be TfL congestion charge exempt, yet a conversation with someone from within the bowels of the Tfl/Powershift/Greenery bureaucracy tells me that this is not the case. Can you please enlighten me?

It is not the case. Obviously, diesel buses, taxis and city delivery vehicles should run on CNG, and petrol buses, taxis and city delivery vehicles should run on LPG (as they do in Bangkok) because these are the least polluting fuels. But it appears that vested interests have lobbied the EC over this and prevented pro CNG and LPG legislation.
