My car keeps going back to the dealer under warranty for a water leak. What rights do I have?

I purchased a 2018 BMW convertible from a BMW dealership with 4000 miles on the clock. The car has been back to the dealership on five occasions for a water leak in the boot area and also in the driver's and passenger's side wings. When we braked, the water was sloshing about. This has now been fixed, but I have had the car back four times to get them to fix the leak in the boot. It has had numerous seals fitted but it's still leaking so the car is back again today for them to replace the rear brake light to see if this sorts the leak. The car is still under warranty until this May. What rights do I have for these ongoing issues? Regards.

Hopefully, the brake light replacement will end the problem. If the dealer is unable to repair the car then you may be able to ask for a refund; however, this should be your final option, as the dealer is entitled to make a fair deduction for the usage you've already had from the car (and this may be sizable if you have owned the car for two years). It may be better to work with the dealer and see if they are willing to replace the car (with another model of similar age and spec) or offer you a sizable discount to part-exchange it for something else.
