Will condensation damage my LED headlights?
I have a new Mercedes-Benz E300 and when there is a frost there in condensation in both headlights that the selling dealer says is normal. Surely over time this will cause rust inside the headlights?

I don't believe this will cause any problems.
The LED headlight unit will have a ventilation system that is designed to prevent pressure from building up and causing any damage. Likewise, the LED unit will be designed to prevent any water ingress.
The ventilation system will inevitably allow air into the unit that will mist up when the air outside is cooler than the air inside the LED headlight.
The condensation will clear when the headlights are active but may remain when the LED daytime running lights are on (as these may not generate the necessary heat to clear the moisture).
