Is the dealer responsible for fixing my car?
I bought my car for £6,000 in mid-January. The engine manifold warning came on, it was supposed to be fixed but has now reappeared. I have been informed by Halfords that the auto fluid pressure sensor needs replacement. Are the dealers liable for the repair or am I recommended to just pay up for the repair?

The dealer should pay for this or take the car back and give you a full refund, as per the short term right to reject section of the 2015 Consumer Rights Act: www.honestjohn.co.uk/how-to-reject-a-car-your-cons.../
