Trading Audi A3 for Nissan Qashqai or Hyundai IX35

I currently drive a '09 Audi A3 1.9 TDI Sportback and travel 80 miles a day.

I have the car on HP and still owe approximately £9k on it. I am looking to change my car to a roomier, more comfortable one that is good on fuel. Could you advise me what I should go for?

I have looked at Qashqai's but the repayments are too dear. I also like and have test driven the Hyundai IX35.

The ix35 1.7 diesel makes sense, and is reasonably economical, but it is not a 4WD.
