Speeding - Notice of intended prosecution

After receipt of NIP from Lincolnshire police I asked for and received photo of alleged offence, caught on Lastec LTi 2020 camera. Only rear of car shown so what happens when more than one driver sharing driving and unable to identify who was driving at time of the offence?

I am guilty as only driver on the day but bit galling my only offence since starting to drive in 1965, c. 600,000 miles driven and spotless licence. I am hoping for a driving course.

Driving to Wales tomorrow, sharing the driving so I will keep a log as to who drives and when.

The registered keeper has to supply the details of the driver or take the punishment himself. You have admitted it was you. If there is any chance of a Speed Awareness Course instead of points, grab it.
