Built-in sat nav missing new roads
I bought an eight month old ix35 with media pack which includes sat nav.
I now find that it does not recognise the new A421 bypass in Bedfordshire, which was opened over a year ago.
Hyundai will not accept that this is not satisfactory and refuse to do any upgrade to the maps. They say its not their problem as the system was installed by LG.
Am I being unreasonable to expect the maps to be up to date? I believe it will cost £145 to do this privately! PS this is my fourth Hyundai over 11 years and I like the brand, so this is a big disappointment to me.

That's normal because it can take 2 - 3 years for new roads to feed through to o/s mapping and then be digitised by Navteq.
