Parking charges

I have received a parking charge notice from Flash Park for unauthorised parking in Norwich. I stopped for 5 minutes with a small problem with my car, the offence happened inadvertently when I drove on to a private road off a public road, they want £65 pounds within 7 days after that it increases to £85 then the usual threats, I know this is not a legal matter and I am inclined to ignore them. There is a procedure to make a representation to Flash Park in mitigation.

Simply don't respond. As the law stands they cannot compel you to. And they had no right to obtain your 'keeper details' without showing 'reasonable cause'.
