Buying a used SEAT Ibiza?

I like the Seat Ibiza. I have found a 2006 reg, 1.9TDI Sport for under £3k, but it has 106,000 miles on the clock. Is this something to worry about or is this quite a good deal? How long do SEATs normally last? And what things should I be on the lookout for when viewing and test driving the car?

Same old VAG diesel engine, but actually the 1.9 was the best of them. Needs a timing belt and tensioner every 4 years or 40k miles and VAG now says a new waterpump every 80k miles or every 2nd timing bet change. A 106 miler may therefore need a new timing belt, tensioner and waterpump which is a £500 job, making this a £3,500 car not a £3,000 car.
