Window wiring on an old Rover

Could you tell me which wires to connect to a battery in order to run the window up and down on a Rover 825. It was easy on my earlier car because there were only 2 wires going to the motor, but the 825 has 6 wires; the green and slate coloured wires are the up/down circuits, but presumably I need to bridge or connect some other wire or wires to activate the motor at the plug connection in the door?

Naturally I don't want to guess because I could permanently wreck the electrics. I look forward to any gems of wisdom you can send on to me?

You should then be able to resolve your problem
