What alternative to a Golf Plus?

I drive a 1.4 TSI petrol Golf Plus, which is three years old. I like the highish driving position and I need a petrol engine (6000 miles a year). I don't like noisy tyres or too much wind noise.

What alternative would you suggest that would satisfy my likes and overcome my dislikes? Will consider new and up to two years old, £18000 to £26000.

What is the difference between Volkswagen TSI and Audi TFSI?

Ford C-Max, Ford B-Max. With the 1.4TSI engine, the 122 has just a turbo, but any output more than that has both a turbocharger and a supercharger and the new 140 has a cylinder cut-off device.
