Replacing my Focus tyres - what brand?

I will need to replace the tyres on my Ford Focus soon. The tyres on the car are all Michelin Primacy HP 205/55/R16. Are these the best for reducing road noise to the minimum?

Yes. Now improved and called Primacy 3s.
