We all bashed our heads against an unyielding brick wall. No significant media has taken up the cause. I fear that nothing at all will happen until there is a public outcry. Eventually, the Supreme Court may rule on a matter of law. Ultimately, what the BPA is doing will be self-defeating. If it is successful in deterring drivers from parking badly then it makes no money and goes bust. If it is too aggressive in pursuing too many people over petty infringements, there will be massive public reaction against it.
