Can I rent out my Toyota IQ for a few months rather than sell it?

Last September I bought a new Toyota IQ, which I love, but I hadn't banked on being abroad for three months later this year, and now I can't decide whether to sell it (I do need extra funds for the trip), hold onto it, or rent it out. Do you know of any such rental schemes, and are they worth the hassle? Is there anything else you could suggest which would allow me to keep my car in the long-term and still release some of the car's value? According to Glasses it's worth around £7500.

Do not even dream of renting it out. That's a really good way to lose it completely or get it back trashed. If you've got a garage, hook it up to a battery conditioning trickle charger and keep it. If you haven't, sell it. Try a Toyota dealer first. If not there, try www.sure-sell.info
