Can I trust the Honda Happiness Accident Assistance scheme?

I am owner of Honda Jazz. In the event of an accident to whom should I report: Honda Happiness Accident Assistance or my car insurance company?

Honda Happiness will make sure the car is repaired properly so its value is maintained and will keep you out of the clutches of accident management and credit hire cowboys. Many insurance brokers actually dump you straight into the hands of these bandits.
