Leaky fuse box on Peugeot 207

The ECU on my 2007 Peugeot 207 is throwing up warnings at random and switching lights and wipers on even when I'm not in the car. I’ve been told it could be water getting into the engine bay fuse box, how can I fix this?

Open the fusebox. Dry it out. Then seal it. The problem has come up before.
