Unexplained engine noise on Nissan Juke - what's the cause?

My Nissan Juke has started making a had a noise from the engine on start-up. It sounds like a slipping belt or could it be the turbo? I always let the turbo cool before switching off.

Might be the alternator belt slipping. They often do after the alternator has to set to work putting a charge back into the battery lost from start-up.
