Would you recommend a Skoda Yeti for ease of access?

Like PC from London we just love our Skoda 1.9 TDI estate, but as it is a 2004 car and has done over 100,000 miles we feel it is time for a change. My husband has Parkinson’s and is finding it increasingly difficult to get in and out of. Can you suggest a replacement at a comparable price with as good a performance? A Skoda Yeti has been suggested but we have heard mixed reports.

Yetis are the best things that Skoda makes, so I won't put you off. The 1.2TSI 105 should be perfectly adequate, and a better bet than a diesel with a diesel particulate filter.
