Accidently put Redex Stop Smoke in diesel tank - what should I do?

Embarrassingly, while distracted, I put some Redex Stop Smoke in the diesel tank rather than in with the oil! I expected the car to stop working quite quickly, but I only had a engine management light come on then disappear again. I've done 150 motorway miles since it happened, any advice on what to do now?

I can't think that this will make any difference. It will make the diesel 'heavier', but not to the extend it should cause a problem. Obviously the more diesel in the tank, the lower the concentration of 'stop smoke' in the fuel.
