Can you part exchanged old wheels for new?

I have a SEAT Exeo ST with 18-inch wheels and low profile tyres, I'm coming up to replace tyres and want to go to normal tyres, which I guess means changing to 17-inch alloys. Is there anywhere that does a part exchange type deal, or would I have to sell the 18s separately?

Doubtful, unless you ask around. If you buy the 16 or 17-inch wheels and tyres outright (www.tyremen.co.uk) you might be able to sell the 18-inch wheels and worn tyres on an internet auction site.
