Suzuki Swift has faulty DAB - What are my rights?

I collected my new Suzuki Swift four months ago and it featured a dealership fitted sat nav and DAB system. Within days the DAB system would not hold pre-set stations, this was blamed on poor signal by the dealer.

After multiple visits I was told to wait for a software upgrade. However, since the update the system now freezes and crashes regularly. I have been told there are no known issues with the sat nav or Bluetooth by the dealer, but I am feeling like I am being fobbed off. What can I do?

You can demand either that the dealer fixes it or that the dealer pays for you to get it fixed (and you can also give him the choice of taking the car back for a full cash refund if he wants.) Suzuki has to buy this sort of kit in for its European imports and the fault is obviously with the kit. One of the few downsides of a Suzuki Swift.
