Is it worth joining the class action lawsuit against Volkswagen?

Do you think it is worth joining the class action against Volkswagen? I have nothing to lose apart from the lawyers' 30%!

Big headlines in The Daily Mail and we ran the story today. Basically if you have an EA189 and have had the fix and the fix has messed up the car, join the action. If you're perfectly happy with your car, don't join the action.
