Where's the cigarette lighter fuse in my Peugeot 407?

I have a Peugeot 407 and the cigarette lighter doesn't work, so I can't use my sat nav or phone charger. I've looked in my manual but I can't find which fuse to change. Do you know where the fuse is?

A cigarette lighter should be hardwired directly to the battery, so any fuse will be in line between the lighter and the battery.
