The new Ford Transit Custom’s 2.2-litre turbodiesel engine comes in three power outputs, comprising 100PS, 125PS and 155PS versions, all of which meet the EU5 emissions standard. Ford’s one-tonne van drives well and is made to a much higher standard than previous Transit, plus it scores a full five-star rating for Euro NCAP safety. Our only niggle is legroom for the two passengers could be more generous.

I currently drive a 2013 ford transit trend 125 hp 85k on clock. 2.2 euro 5 eng. It is extremely hard on fuel. Great van apart from fuel consumption. Do you have any ideas
