What tyres will offer my van more grip off-road?

I run a 2016 Mercedes-Benz Vito to transport my off-road motorcycle to and from events, mainly on motorways followed by narrow lanes, tracks and fields. I'm looking for a tyre with better grip off-road but still suitable for 70mph motorway cruising.

I'd fit some all-season or Mud&Snow tyres if I were you. These seem like they'd do the job, but we haven't personally tested them: www.blackcircles.com/tyres/brands/goodyear/cargo-v...2

Michelin Agilis 3 are also worth looking at, or the Agilis CrossClimate version if you want an all-season option.
