Motorhome has broken down twice - does it have to go back to the dealer for repair?
Having purchased a second hand motorhome, which broke down within two months of ownership (twice) am I obliged by law to take it back to where it was purchased, even though the trip would be extremely costly and put over 450 miles on the clock?

If you want the motorhome dealer (that sold you the vehicle) to carry out the repair free of charge then you will be required to return it.
The dealer might be willing to pay another garage to inspect and identify the fault. But more often than not (in my experience) they will ask for the vehicle to be returned.
