Can you recommend a small van which extends upwards and can fit a double bed inside?

Dear John, my boyfriend and I want a smallish van that will be reliable, economical on fuel, and compact, but big enough to extend up when needed (he is six feet tall) and possibly to have a double bed at night. We have had Toyota recommended- could we have your recommendations please?

The smallest and most economical is the Citroen Nemo R10 Romahome. It passed the chicken test at: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/citroen/citroen-ro.../
