In short, no. Garmin offers two options that would work for you (in part) but we'll also suggest what we would personally opt for as well. So, firstly, Garmin offers a backup camera (but no front camera) that's compatible with a number of their sat navs. The BC40 backup camera (amzn.to/2N2JCyK) is, according to Garmin's website, compatible with the Garmin DriveSmart 55 & Traffic, Garmin DriveSmart 55 & Digital Traffic, Garmin DriveSmart 65 & Digital Traffic, and Garmin DriveSmart 65 & Traffic. The BC40 is IPX7 waterproof but it's expensive at £145 plus the cost of the Garmin sat nav if you don't already have one (the cheapest one at £190 is the DriveSmart 55 & Traffic). If you do go for this option, read the customer reviews on the Amazon link we attached above because the reviews aren't too favourable, including how secure the camera would be against thieves.
The second option is that of the Garmin DriveAssist 51 LMT-D, it's a sat nav unit that features an integrated front-facing dash cam, in an effort to cut down on windscreen clutter and fuss. Review here: kit.honestjohn.co.uk/reviews/review-garmin-driveas.../
We haven't got a review of the Mio MiVue Drive 50 LM Dash Cam and Sat Nav, but the Amazon link is here (it's very much like the Garmin DriveAssist 51 LMT-D): amzn.to/2Tp4wcE
Lastly, our personal choice would be to get a sat nav and a separate dual dash cam because then you can get better quality devices. We'd recommend the Nextbase 512GW dual dash cam. On the other hand, the Nextbase 522GW is the most feature-packed, but also more expensive as it's newer. If you want all the new features and the better footage resolution of the new range - I'd opt for the 422GW or the 322GW (but we have yet to review the latter). The 522GW, 422GW and 322GW all have ports so you can buy a rear window dash cam for about £50 and turn them into dual dash cams.
