Camper van water supply filled with diesel - what are my rights?

Prior to me picking up a camper van, the dealer filled the drinking water supply with diesel. What are my rights? Should the plastic water tank, pipe work and pump be renewed?

The water system needs to be flushed and professionally cleaned. The garage that made the mistake is 100 per cent liable for the costs.
