What is the best pickup with high seating similar to Range Rover? Lux cab preferred as used also on motorway.

The most comfortable and best-equipped double cab pick-ups on the market currently are the Volkswagen Amarok and Ford Ranger. We'd also consider a Toyota Hilux or an Isuzu D-Max, which are also offered in some fairly high specifications.
