Diesel knock issue with my Transit
I have a Transit Connect. When it was cold I used to get a diesel knock, so I had all 4 injectors changed and since then the knock has got worse, now it even does it when engine is warm. It only happens when I first start van and it only does it for a couple of mins or about half of mile. I also noticed recently that revs have started to go up and down (this only happens when knocking is there). As I'm selling the van I need to get it fixed quickly (without to much cost).

Well it could be a number of things, the easiest way maybe by having a diagnostic check carried out (around £60) this should identify the problem.
If not then you need to check the following
1.The Pre heat system
2.The KS Knock sensor
3.The CHT (cylinder head temp sensor)
4.The CKP (crankshaft position sensor)
5.The FRP (fuel rail pressure sensor)
Hope this helps
