I want to convert a van into a food truck. Which models should I look at?
I'm in the market for a used, low floored, maxi-mover style van for food truck conversion. What's the top models I should be considering and why?

You want a medium size van that's efficient, easy to drive and plentiful on the second-hand market. I'd recommend the Ford Transit Custom or Volkswagen Transporter.
