Looks the part but fails on ruggedness

Bought this van after finally parting with my patrol. Initially drove well no issues towed my caravan and horse box no problem. Then after 3months noticed the paint on the strengthening bar on tailgate was peeling. Then at around 6 month's noticed a grey dot on the driver's door seal over the next few months it grew to about a half penny and a hole appeared. Took it too Dealership thinking warrenty would cover it. This was duly sent of only to be informed my claim was rejected as wear and tear. So you can mix cement in the back but not get in it.
