Warranty lies

I like the van as it fits 8 x 4 sheets, long lengths, good to drive and I was going to get another one after the four year warranty was up, However, the turbo started whistling. I normally have radio so it could have been doing it a few days. I have only done 37,0000 and it is 3 years old. I took it beck to dealer and they are saying it isn't in the warranty. I cannot find a detailed full warranty document so I car find the fine print.
