Excellent but flawed

Had this for 4 months and 10,000 miles now, brilliant on diesel, good ICE Bluetooth etc etc but drivers' safety belt far too short, no deadlocking, no alarm, no ability to lock the cab when the backdoors are open, poor passenger seats (this could be because we have the optional load pack with foldaway seats.

There is a lot more room in the back of the van than the old model (we have a 2008 Trafic as well), superb fuel economy and 750 mile range, it's quicker and more economical since hitting 8,000 miles or so, we don't nurse this van and it is averaging 42mpg on mixed driving.

Not as torquey as the 2ltr in the 2008 version but turns in and handles better, really hacked off by the poor security but pleased that side indicators are in the wings not the mirrors, bit more basic than a Transit Custom but better on diesel and a more practical load carrier.

Pity that Vauxhall dealers are so poor but we are about to order another.
