Front doors falling off due design defect in hinges

I recently took out a fleet of 6 transits and the front doors are dropping and fouling the front wings.

It appears that the hinges are too light for the weight of the doors.

Fords apparent solution is to take off the door, weld hinge to door and then refix to van and blast in with a bit of paint.

I have contacted the fleet company and are in the process of rejecting the product as not fit for purpose.

Just when they looked like they might if had a worthy vehicle again which looked to changed the declining reliability and build quality of the VW transporter with bi annual drive shaft and EGR replacement as standard, rusting paint work and all basic features like temperature gauge, brake pad wear sensors, engine under shielding, durable texture on the steering wheel.

I am now in discussion about the Hyundai.

Shame on you ford.
