What's the best van for light haulage?

I'm looking at starting a small van company for delivery of smaller items sold through sites like eBay, as well as clean waste. What would be the best van for this purpose?

Depends on what your budget is. If buying new, I’d recommend the Volkswagen Crafter. It’s based on the Transporter and is easy to drive and available in a huge array of body styles and load sizes. vans.honestjohn.co.uk/van-reviews/volkswagen/craft.../

If buying used, I’d opt for the Ford Transit. £18,000 - £20,000 will give you access to a rich choice of pre-reg panel vans with delivery mileage and the latest 2.0-litre EcoBlue diesel. If your budget doesn’t stretch that far then £15,000 should be enough to secure a 2016 model, with modest mileage and the older 2.2 TDCi engine. vans.honestjohn.co.uk/van-reviews/ford/transit-201.../
