What's good
Cheapest double cab pick-up on sale at just £14,000 plus VAT.
Decent looking and feels robust inside.
Strong engine and reasonable performance plus a strong ladder frame chassis make it a good work vehicle.
What's bad
Feels very dated, both inside and when driving, lacking refinement.
Bouncy ride also crashes over potholes and the Steed is not designed for corners.
Slow and unresponsive steering makes driving in town hard work.
Dwindling dealer network.
Serious question marks over warranty support.
