Can you tell me which spacious, economical estate or small van I should go for?
I'm a touring musician and I'm moving to a rural location. I have a budget of 12-15,000 and I'd like something very economical with good comfort. I have a load of kit, so need either an estate or a small van. Lots of conflicting information online, and finding it hard to decide between a Ford Mondeo, Ford Tourneo Connect or Mercedes-Benz C-Class. I'm a massive Volvo fan but none of the estates have anywhere near the mpg of the others unless I'm mistaken. What would you recommend?

The Ford Tourneo Connect would be a sensible choice. It's very comfortable, practical and easy to drive. If you want something more refined, the Skoda Ocatvia Estate would be a good alternative. It has a huge boot and the 1.6 and 2.0 TDIs will return around 55-60mpg.
