How much is my Vauxhall Combo worth?

I have a 20 year old Vauxhall Combo with nearly 158,000 miles on clock. It runs well and has been well maintained since 2013 when I bought it. I want to sell it in December, as I am retiring as a gardener. It has the original engine, clutch and gearbox. Last year the steering rack was renewed and the brakes overhauled while in 2023 it had the cambelt replaced and the suspension renewed including coil springs and shock absorbers. My garage who has maintained it thinks the van might be be worth £1000? Please can you give me a ball park figure?

Based on the description, we would agree with your garage that the van will be worth in the region of £1000, give or take 25% depending on if it is above or below average in condition. The market for cheap vans is strong so we doubt it will take long to sell.
